About

Quentin Higgins was born in Nashville, TN in 1982 Quentin discovered his passion for athletics at an early age. From football, to weightlifting to hockey, he developed an interest in the science behind performance. Quentin played both football and ice hockey growing up but decided to pursue his hockey career full time after the age of 16. He played through college at the University of Findlay where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Strength and Conditioning. From there, he worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at both the University of Iowa and Colgate University before earning his Masters of Science degree in Athletic Training from Weber State University.


After Quentin completed his master’s degree, he has worked in Pro Hockey for the San Jose Sharks and Anaheim Ducks AAA farm teams as Head Athletic Trainer and has also worked as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach and Head Athletic Trainer for the Boston Bruins and Arizona Coyotes AA farm teams. Before returning to his home in Nashville, Quentin worked as the Head Athletic Trainer for the Oakland Roots Soccer Club in the United Soccer League.


Quentin’s motto is building strength through science by using advanced methods of training and nutrition along with helping clients develop the mindset on how to operate like a pro.
